Opposition parties are trying to dig out the understanding between KVP and Raju. In fact, KVP's son Ujjwal got engaged to a girl from Raju family, closely related to Ramalinga Raju. So, the Opposition parties are trying to put two and two together and allege that KVP had a share in the booty of Ramalinga Raju and was instrumental in securing crores of rupees worth projects to Maytas, owned by Ramalinga Raju's son.

Sources say the Satyam episode might strain the relationship between the Chief Minsiter's family and KVP, since the latter's out-of-the way help to Rajus has brought bad name to YSR at the time of elections.

Well, these are all speculations and it is doubtful whether YSR would have any break-up with KVP at the time of elections.

As per the present situation, people are fed up with the Congress as no minister or official is concentrating on issues like Swine-Flu and many Mandals were declared drought hit. But relief measures were not taken up. Farmers are eagerly waiting for help in many districts. Present death toll due to Swine Flu in the State Capital alone is 35 and new 40 cases have been registered. There are no proper beds and facilities at the hospitals. Public are worried about internal politics instead of concentrating on the problems faced by the people.

People had completely lost confidence in the Congress government as the ruling party members were themselves not sure if there is an administration to resolve peoples’ issues.

Sadly with so much wealth he died a horrible death and not a penny was of use. The cruel hand of fate can be a humbling experience in life or even in the event of death. I never used to support any Political Party specifically, but being an observer for over a period of time, probably, now I tend to lean slightly towards the telugu desam party now for making us to believe what we are capable of doing the impossible. The telugu desam party has been harping on this and no one was willing to lend an ear. I also understand the state is close to being financially broke with all the doles being given away.

If we just look around we can see that very little has gone to fix the infrastructure, shoddy work continues to be the norm and kickbacks are a way of life for literally any transaction involving the umpteen agencies. Unless the shackles are removed and corrupted people being punished with severity, this country will be a rich country with poor people.
